Landscape
Starting the Landscape process can be a nightmare if not designed & coordinated properly. First thing to consider would be the addition of any hardscapes, or waterscapes, this would include, ponds, waterfalls, bubbling rocks, retaining walls, patios, fire ring areas, and planter gardens.

The next two steps may be easier done together with the choosing of plants, shrubs, trees, mulch, rock, and the style of decorative edging one would desire. Once the hardscapes, waterscapes, plantings, and edging have been established it's time to determine the type of soil. While doing this we are checking for sand, and clay to determine if black dirt may need to be installed to help with the holding of water. At this step we would also determine any Irrigation needed for lawn & plantings.

Your final step in the landscape process is to put in your new green yard. Choose from sod, hydro seed, and slit seed for best results. Some cities require a certain style, be sure to check with them before any purchase is made. (Flow Outdoor would also check with the city before purchase or installation).
